Get in touchHanifa is one of the principal dentists at Ash Villa Dental. She qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2015 and joined the practice in 2020. Hanifa completed her postgraduate certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry with the Eastman Dental Institute at University College London, achieving a distinction.
Hanifa really enjoys getting to know her patients and helping to make their dental experience as relaxed as possible, using the latest techniques and equipment. Whether you need routine dental care or a beautiful new smile, Hanifa can offer fantastic options to suit your goals.
Outside of dentistry, Hanifa enjoys taking on new sporting challenges. She has completed the Manchester Marathon and the Great North Swim.
Tom grew up in Sale. He gained an Honours degree in Physiology at Liverpool University before qualifying with a BDS in Dentistry from King’s College, London, in 2015.
Tom is always keen to further his knowledge and regularly attends postgraduate courses. He has completed the year-long cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic restorative course and the advanced occlusion and treatment planning course, both taught by Chris Orr, one of the UK’s most prominent cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentists.
Tom is particularly interested in aesthetic dentistry using a digital workflow, helping his patients improve their smiles with advanced and minimally invasive techniques. He is an accredited Invisalign and SmileFast provider and is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy at the City of London Dental School.
In his spare time, Tom plays rugby semi-professionally for Chester. He has also won over 40 caps playing internationally for Malta at scrum half.
Sadia achieved her BDS at the University of Manchester in 2007, and has worked in general dental practice ever since. She gained Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009.
Sadia loves all aspects of dentistry, but mostly enjoys getting to know her patients and providing a friendly and gentle approach. She is always striving to provide the best possible care. Sadia also maintains an active interest in keeping up-to-date with continuing her professional development in order to give her patients excellent personalised care.
Beyond dentistry, when she is not being kept busy by her two young children, Sadia enjoys spending time with her friends, travelling and cooking.
Nuha is an experienced dental practitioner and has worked in several practices across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. After qualifying from the University of Manchester in 2006, Nuha undertook further training in hospital as a specialty dentist, gaining experience in oral surgery and intravenous sedation.
Nuha has been providing general dentistry and oral surgery treatment under intravenous sedation in multiple dental practices for over 12 years. She is also an accredited supervisor and regularly mentors other dentists and dental nurses in IV sedation.
As an oral surgeon, Nuha provides a number of treatments, including removal of wisdom teeth, removal and exposure of impacted teeth, apicectomy (removal of the infected tooth root tip) and complex tooth extractions. She uses sedation when treating nervous patients and those patients with a dental phobia, helping them to feel more at ease. Nuha can also help patients with a pronounced gag reflex.
Nuha believes in tailoring her dental care to each individual patient. She focuses on delivering the highest quality of dentistry in order to provide an exceptional standard of care and comprehensive treatment for all her patients. She has a relaxed and cheerful manner and delights in helping everyone smile with confidence, not only after treatment but during too!
Nuha accepts referrals for oral surgery and intravenous sedation.
Since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2006, Rahim has developed extensive experience in both aesthetic and restorative dentistry whilst pursuing his personal interest in dental implants. Rahim now focuses on the field of dental implants, and places dental implants across multiple practices around the North West.
Rahim has an exceptional level of professionalism and a strong focus on continued professional development. He keeps up-to-date with the latest advances and techniques, and has taken this to a new level with his work in lecturing and mentoring new dentists. Rahim uses the latest digital workflows to create efficient and accurate treatment plans, helping with communication with referring dentists, enhancing the patient’s understanding, and allowing for complete precision in treatment.
Rahim’s attitude to patient care is very simple. He believes in treating his patients in the way he would wish to be treated himself. He prioritises helping them understand every aspect of their proposed treatment before they make important decisions about their care. Rahim believes the key to providing precise, effective and comfortable dental implants is to make full use of the latest dental technologies and digital workflows to meticulously plan each operation and to use high-quality implants for the greatest success.
Kishan initially gained a degree in Pharmacy at the University of Manchester in 2010. After having worked as a community pharmacist for several years, he qualified as a dentist from the University of Central Lancashire in 2018. He currently works in multiple practices and lectures trainee dentists in prescribing medication.
Kishan completed his two-year postgraduate diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry with Elevate, allowing him to treat aesthetically complex cases. He is an accredited Quick Straight Teeth provider, offering both fixed braces and clear aligners.
He has a passion for digital dentistry and keeps updated with the rapidly changing world of dentistry in providing routine and advanced care.
Outside of dentistry, Kishan enjoys travelling, cooking and keeping fit at the gym.
Natalie graduated from the University of Manchester in 1999, and loves living and working in this amazing city. She loves being able to meet so many different people as part of her job, and particularly enjoys helping her patients improve their oral health. Natalie welcomes nervous patients and does all she can to make their visits to the practice a comfortable and relaxing experience.
When Natalie is not working, she loves to spend as much time as possible outdoors. She enjoys hill walking, running, and loves everything Greek.
After graduating from Bristol Business School in 1998 with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Kristina returned to the North West. She joined the dental industry in January 2007, bringing with her 10 years of business and management experience from both the public and private sectors.
In July 2011, Kristina completed the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Diploma and joined Ash Villa Dental Practice as Practice Manager in March 2022. Although fulfilling a non-clinical role within the practice, Kristina is the CQC registered manager and therefore undertakes all clinical and non-clinical compliance courses.
Kristina enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends. Weekends and school holidays, especially over the summer, are spent with her husband and two boys in Wales, where they all enjoy the outdoors, especially paddleboarding. Kristina also enjoys nothing more than relaxing during a spa break with her friends.
Alicia joined Ash Villa Dental Practice as a cadet from Manchester Dental Hospital in 2008. Since then, she has gained her qualification in impression taking and is fully competent in using the iTero scanner.
Alicia enjoys helping patients feel at ease during their appointments, and has built a wonderful rapport with so many patients over the years. Alicia enjoys all aspects of dentistry and loves developing new skills at the practice.
Jenny has been a qualified dental nurse since 2022, and joined the Ash Villa team in 2020. She has trained in oral health, sedation, fluoride varnish application and impression taking. Jenny also has a wealth of experience in implant nursing and oral surgery.
In her spare time, Jenny loves spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs, Scooby and Baxter.
Emily joined Ash Villa as a trainee dental nurse in April 2008. Since then, she has continuously developed her career, becoming an Oral Health Educator (OHE) in 2013, a Clinical Manager in 2014 and a Dental Radiographer in 2015. More recently, she has also qualified in fluoride application.
Emily is always available to answer any questions you may have about your proposed treatment in her role as Treatment Coordinator. She can help with a chat about your symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and the best ways to continue your oral health regime at home to best benefit you or your children’s long term oral health.
Emily is competent in using the iTero scanner for many treatments, such as whitening, denture repairs and mouthguards. She also supports our reception team and works with Kristina to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Emily joined the team at Ash Villa Dental in November 2020. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2008, before gaining her Management Diploma in 2015. Emily moved into practice management for a number of years, until her daughter was born, before returning to dental nursing.
Outside of work, Emily loves spending time with her daughter, Ada, and her dog, Ruby.
