Complete your smile with the next best thing to natural teeth – dental implants in Sale.
Consultation and planning
At your initial consultation, we make sure you are suitable for dental implants, taking digital x-rays to help our diagnosis. We discuss the procedure with you and give you the chance to ask any questions, before using advanced scans and images to plan your treatment in detail.
Fitting your implants
Your titanium implants are fitted into your jawbone by our skilled implant dentist, usually placed directly where teeth are missing. We use local anaesthetic during implant surgery to minimise any discomfort. Your implants need around 3-6 months to heal and fuse to your jawbone, so we fit temporary teeth to protect your gums during this time.
Restoring your smile
When your implants have fully healed and integrated with your bone, it is time to complete your smile. We fit a custom made crown or bridge on top of your implant, which blends perfectly with your existing teeth. All that’s left is for you to start showing off your beautiful and secure new smile!
Dental implants truly are the ultimate in tooth restoration, but this advanced treatment can be expensive. We are pleased to offer flexible finance options, allowing you to spread the cost of your dental implants into more affordable monthly payments. Please talk to a member of the team if you are interested in this option.

Contact usDental implants are a secure, long-lasting and very aesthetic way to fill the gaps in your smile left by a missing tooth. They are fitted directly into your jawbone, with the strong titanium implant creating a fixed and secure new tooth root. A natural-looking and custom made crown or bridge then completes your smile.
Titanium is used for dental implants as it is well tolerated by the body. Once placed, the implant fuses to the bone surrounding it in your jaw, creating a solid foundation for your new smile. You no longer have to worry that your dental restoration will slip or fail as you talk or eat, helping you regain your confidence and improve your quality of life.
We use local anaesthetic during your implant surgery to ensure you remain comfortable during the procedure. After surgery, you will likely experience some discomfort, but this can be managed with over-the-counter painkillers.
In certain circumstances, we can fit a crown on top of your implant at the same time as fitting. However, it is often best to allow the implant to heal and integrate fully before adding the crown on top.
If you have insufficient bone in your jaw for an implant, don’t worry. We can provide bone grafts, improving your bone density and treatment success. We will carry out an examination and any necessary imaging, such as CT scans, and discuss your options with you.
You will likely find that dental implants make talking easier! The implants are fused to your jawbone, making them very secure, and the replacement teeth are well supported, so they will not slip or move. Once you have filled the gap in your smile, you may find your speech becomes clearer.
Dental implants have the potential to last a very long time, and even a lifetime, if they are properly looked after. Careful cleaning of your teeth is important, and we recommend you have regular hygiene treatment to keep the gum surrounding your implants healthy.
Most people are suitable for dental implants, as long as they are in good general and oral health. They may not be an ideal option for everyone, but we can help improve suitability with bone grafts in some cases. You will have an initial consultation appointment, where we will examine your teeth, take x-rays and be able to let you know if implants are a suitable option for you.
